Human Resources Business Partner

Title：HR BP - Supply Chain OR R&D OR International Market

Location：Shanghai or Onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Formulating comprehensive HR solutions based on business goals, challenges, and in-depth analysis of the root causes, getting buy-in from key business stakeholders, implementing and quickly adjusting to effectively achieve the goals.
• Full life cycle management of talents, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, onboarding & induction, training & development, engagement & reward, career management and exit.
• Promoting the company’s culture and core values, raising awareness through effective cultural seminars, case studies and cultural events, and promote the unification of ideas and values;
• Creating a positive organizational atmosphere based on business development needs to enhance team cohesion, combat effectiveness and employees’ engagement.
• With a deep understanding of business requirements, and experience in the implementation of HR rules and mechanism products, participating in the development of rules and mechanism HR products/solutions, providing insightful and valuable inputs, continuing to optimize accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• A bachelor's degree (masters preferred) in HR, Psychology, Business or any other related field (Science major is preferred).

Experience

• A candidate for this position must have had at least 5 years of work experience as a HR Business Partner, better to have the experience in R&D, Manufacture or Supply Chain sectors.

Communication and influencing skills

• Communication skills, both in verbal and written form are a must have for this position.
• Communication skills will also be necessary in his/her interactions with departmental heads and executives stakeholders, and business partners, which will guarantee proper implementation of various management strategies and procedures that, will ultimately lead to improved business performance.
