Lead Engineer- Industrialization

Title： Lead Engineer- Industrialization （manager/senior manager level)

Location：Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and organize relevant internal resources of the company to carry out industrialization project planning and review, and ensure that the project is completed on schedule with quality and quantity, including communication management, plan management, project reporting, scope management and quality management, etc.

2. Transform products from drawings to mass production by designing the lean production line layout of industrialization projects;

3. Connect the cost team to conduct cost analysis and cost engineering to ensure that the products involved in the industrialization project are cost competitive, while assisting in managing the use of project budgets.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize high-quality secondary and tertiary supply chains, and collaborate with industrial plants to conduct continuous improvement and evaluation of operational excellence.

5. In the early stage of the project, through project rate of return analysis, ensure that the project investment has reliable returns and ensure that the project recovers the investment in the shortest possible time.

6. Kanban management: Carry out regular Kanban management during the project execution process, conduct benchmarking analysis of supervision progress and plans, identify and upgrade key risks, and promote the formulation and closed-loop implementation of solutions.

7. Budget management: Monitor expenditures during project implementation, identify and resolve overspending issues, and ensure that the budget remains within a reasonable range.

8. Communication and reporting: Establish an efficient communication plan (including docking mechanism, meeting mechanism and weekly reporting mechanism, etc.) based on project characteristics and company rules. Ensure smooth flow of information and timely reporting on project progress to maintain transparency and build trust. Continuously monitor and evaluate project members' resource input and project performance.

9. Project closure and review summary: After the project is completed, ensure that the project deliverables are accepted, the documents are archived, and the project experience and lessons are summarized for reference in future projects. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering/business background, industrial engineering and other related majors and experience are preferred, more than 8 years of work experience;

2. Applicants with similar industrialization/factory production line investment and construction leading management experience, familiar with product design, supply chain and production and manufacturing processes; candidates with PDT manager, financial background and related industrialization project management experience are preferred;

3. Have strong data analysis and cost analysis capabilities in the production process; master basic financial knowledge and be familiar with the application of lean production;

4. Have overall thinking and planning capabilities; have structured thinking from R&D to delivery; be good at precipitating best practices into mechanism and process rules;

5. Possess excellent project management skills, structured thinking, business understanding, communication and collaboration skills, and problem-solving skills;

6. Have strong ability to withstand stress and be able to face various tasks and problems with a positive and optimistic attitude.
