**Payroll HRIS Analyst – Boston, MA, USA - Req 397 - Monday, April 29, 2024**

Summary:

The Payroll HRIS Analyst will be the subject matter expert for the payroll function, including day-to-day processing, tax and compliance, garnishments, and more. Reporting to the Payroll HRIS Manager, this position works closely with site managers to ensure accurate payroll processing related to pay policies, including pay practices for eight collective bargaining agreements. Responsibilities also include W-2 reconciliation, year-end payroll reporting, and collaboration with the Payroll HRIS Manager.

• Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt position

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process full-cycle multi-state payroll using Dayforce HCM
• Review timesheet data, tax information, direct deposit, new hire, and terminated employee processing
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Implement and maintain payroll best practices
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries
• Collaborate with stakeholders for CBA disputes and leave of absence payments processing
• System maintenance, testing, and documentation
• Build and maintain ad hoc reports as needed
• Provide training and support to end users
• Ensure people data accuracy in systems

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
• Experience in HR systems design and implementation, Dayforce preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) required, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment, heavy computer usage
• Ability to sit for long periods
