Job Description

As a trusted point of contact, you will support employees in your assigned area with payroll and HR-related matters. You will serve as the liaison between payroll and the HR team, ensuring timely preparation of payroll for employees with national and international backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include handling payroll queries, participating in projects, special tasks, or internal initiatives related to payroll, and providing support in creating reports and statistics for management. Additionally, you will proactively contribute to improving payroll systems and processes and be the primary contact for topics related to occupational pensions, health insurance, and social security. Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Communication, Business, Social Sciences, or equivalent
• Previous experience in payroll or preparatory payroll accounting
• In-depth knowledge of legal regulations for payroll tax, social security, labor law, and internal policies
• Proficiency in Excel and ideally experience with Workday
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a drive to lead changes
• Willingness to take on project responsibilities and work independently and flexibly
