**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team as we strive to make a positive impact on the environment. This role is part of our dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition team located in Montreal, Quebec. By joining Northvolt, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our hiring processes and candidate experiences, all while contributing to the establishment and growth of one of the first large-scale North American battery factories.

**About the job:**

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, including managing their on-site candidate experience at our current Montreal and eventually McMasterville, QC office.

**Key responsibilities:**

• Coordinate complex interview scheduling for final round candidates, including travel booking for candidates from outside of the Montreal area.
• Oversee onsite candidate experience, handle check-in, ensure interviews are timely and smooth, conduct candidate tours, collaborate with business leaders.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Support recruitment events and initiatives as needed.

**Required:**

• Demonstrates great attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
• Interest in learning about renewable energy industry and innovative technology from Cuberg, a subsidiary of Northvolt.
• Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is a bonus.
• Bilingual communication fluency in French and English to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and liaise with local and international stakeholders.
