Responsibilities:

• Lead the Emerging Talent Programmes to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Collaborate with various business units to identify emerging talent needs
• Develop and implement strategies for talent development and succession planning
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Emerging Talent Programmes
• Partner with external stakeholders to enhance the program's impact

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in talent management and development
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management abilities
