HVAC Plumbing Project Manager

The overall goal of a project manager at Modern Heating Air is to develop and maintain relationships with business owners, property managers, building engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors that will lead to repeat business based on the trust, knowledge, performance, and satisfaction the customer has with the project manager and Modern Heating Air. The project manager will be responsible for the profitability of all projects they sell and will manage these projects from start to finish.

Job Duties:

• Developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Preparing proposals and cost estimates for projects
• Developing designs as needed for estimating and execution of projects
• Managing projects sold including purchasing equipment and fixtures, coordinating with field labor and subcontractors
• Responsible for the profitability of all projects sold

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of HVAC plumbing project management experience
• Organizational skills to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
