Hawks Company is looking to add dynamic sales representatives for our growing HVAC services business in our Deptford, NJ and New Castle, DE locations. The position is full-time and has a guaranteed base salary with a progressive commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads
• Collaborate with our installation team to reveal, cultivate, and close new commercial HVAC preventive maintenance opportunities
• Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio
• Connect with key business executives and stakeholders
• Win new agreement proposals

Qualifications:

• Ability to self-manage activities
• Strong prospecting skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Hunter mentality
• Cold calling/networking experience
