Business Development Sales Manager Key Accounts MENA (m/f/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time United Arab Emirates

Main Responsibilities:

To strengthen our business in the MENA region, we are seeking a Business Development Sales Manager Key Accounts. You will be part of the EMEA team, reporting to the Sales Director in Munich, Germany. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and Increase Utility customer base and identify opportunities in the MENA region
  • Generate modules and components sales in the MENA Utility market
  • Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, including intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones
  • Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account's decision makers and building stable sales relationship
  • Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms, and conditions with customers
  • Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical, and/or financial objections of the account
  • Closing supply contracts
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times
  • Representation of the company's brand in front of sales accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times
  • Creation of awareness and demand for company products in the market with the relevant stakeholders
  • Development of underlying business plan in alignment with dedicated Sales Manager and presentation of business opportunity to internal stakeholders
  • Delivering targeted revenue and margin contributions in alignment with the overall sales activities and strategies

Competencies:

  • Strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure, high flexibility, and willingness/ability to travel
  • Results-driven approach with high commitment and flexibility
  • Excellent team skills and intercultural skills

Languages:

Fluent Arabic, English, French, and any other language will be a plus

Location:

UAE (Dubai preferred)

Your backpack is filled with:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management for PV modules and/or other solar components
  • Well connected with key EPC and Development players
  • Well connected with key market players (Developers, IPPs, and EPCs) including senior management levels
  • Proven track record in Product or Business Development Management
  • Willingness to travel
