Job Description

• Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process from application receipt to final offer
• Primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Coordinate phone and in-person interviews to ensure a smooth process
• Conduct interviews with qualified candidates independently
• Actively participate in projects to continuously improve and innovate recruitment processes
• Support in creating an inspiring and inclusive work environment through successful candidate sourcing

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruiting
• Quick grasp and willingness to actively contribute
• Flexible in adapting to company needs
• Familiar with recruiting in startups and filling multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Open personality with strong assertiveness and social skills
• Proficient in using ATS tools and Excel
• Fluent in German
