You will be responsible for reaching key milestones of our Bosnian entity. You will drive new projects within our academy with German and Bosnian leadership. You will deeply dive into our KPIs to determine where there is the most potential for improvement. You will experience what it takes to build an independent entity from scratch and scale it within a year. You will launch and take ownership over strategic and operational projects and proactively drive them. You will implement and optimize process flows that ensure the continuous improvement of our employees.

**Qualifications:**

• Highly successful bachelor's or master's degree in business school or equivalent
• Work experience or internship in a fast-growing company such as startups or management consulting firms
• Strong analytical skills, proactive work attitude, and highly solution-oriented approach
• Natural ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong interest in building companies and a strong desire to learn new things
• Goal-oriented work ethic, high level of proactivity, and sense of responsibility
• Experience in setting task priorities in a fast-paced environment and applying a 100% approach when working on important tasks
• Sets high standards of quality for oneself and others and has a can-do mentality that motivates others
• Fluent in Bosnian and English, German is a plus
