Job Description

• Ensure reaching key milestones for Ukrainian ummigration efforts
• Drive new projects within our academy alongside the EMG International Sourcing Leadership
• Deep dive into KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Build up an independent entity from scratch and scale it within a year
• Take ownership of strategic and operational projects
• Implement and optimize process flows for continuous improvement of employee training

Qualifications

• Successful Bachelor's/Master's degree from a business school/university
• Work experience or internships in fast-growing companies or management consulting firms
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in building companies and learning new things
• Goal-oriented work ethic, high level of proactivity, and sense of responsibility
• Experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English; German is a plus
