Your Responsibilities

As a Store Lead (m/w/d), you will have operational responsibility for the service on-site in your city, including monitoring relevant KPIs, recruiting, managing, and developing your team to achieve excellent team performance and employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for suitable staff scheduling and determining staffing needs. In addition to Store Lead tasks, you will also work in day-to-day operations, ensuring member satisfaction. You will be the link between your city, the District, and Swapfiets.

Job Requirements

Your Profile

• You know what good service means, thanks to your professional experience in the service industry, during your studies, or through your training in retail or hospitality.
• Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are excellent, and your English is also good.
• The prospect of leading a team excites you; ideally, you already have some leadership experience.
• Whether working in a team or independently, you enjoy both and know when you need support.
• You are excited to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities and know how to set the right priorities.
