Hello, we are Swapfiets. Our concept is simple: for a monthly fee, Swapfiets members receive a always-ready-to-ride bicycle, whether it's a City Bike or E-Bike. We stand out with our service and quality, all for more sustainability and our mission of greener and more livable cities. 250,000 satisfied members have already used our service, but we want to go even further, and for that, we need you.

**Your Tasks:**

• Work as part of our team for 18-22 hours per week, balancing various tasks
• Support our international team, with the flexibility to live in either Berlin or Hamburg
• Communicate with service providers and authorities, optimize communication channels and processes
• Handle insurance cases
• Manage general phone and email inquiries and all letter correspondence
• Organize various meetings for our team
• Assist in various coordination tasks to help us be better organized
• Take full responsibility for your own projects with us, always something new

**Job Requirements:**

• Your Profile:
• Focus less on what you studied and more on being enthusiastic about a variety of tasks and enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Office Management or Team Assistance, preferably also from the hospitality industry
• Attention to detail, quick learner, adaptable to new requirements
• Prioritization skills, efficient in handling ad hoc tasks
• Ability to work conscientiously on tasks and projects independently or in a team
• Native-level proficiency in German, fluent in English (additional languages FR, NL, DK are advantageous)
• Proficiency in standard programs such as MS Office
