**Your goal:** Very simple – you make our members and colleagues super happy. Swapfiets stands for Service with a capital S. You make sure our members in Haarlem experience our great service every day. You are a frontrunner when it comes to delivering service and you set a good example for your team.

**Your responsibilities:**

• Responsible for the daily store field management in Haarlem
• Work 80% of the time in the Swapfiets store or field and deliver outstanding service
• Manage a small team of Swappers Store Heroes and train them to deliver uniform and awesome experience to our members while driving customer basket value
• Hire Swappers Store Heroes and create their contracts together with HR
• Ensure Swappers Store Heroes have a sweet spot in your well-functioning and motivated team
• Take care of the onboarding and offboarding of new Swappers Store Heroes
• Be the face of the Swapfiets Store Field service in your region and ultimately provide epic service to our customers
• Act as the link between the Swappers Store Heroes, our members, and the District Manager

Job Requirements

**Your profile:**

• Amazing customer focus and know how to put a smile on our members' faces
• Affinity and knowledge about bikes (prior bike mechanic experience and/or education is a plus but not mandatory)
• Prefer to work independently and make the right decisions
• Communicate clearly and honestly
• Network of local enthusiasts who can be convinced to work at Swapfiets
