**Your goal:** Very simple - you make our members and colleagues super happy. Swapfiets stands for Service with a capital 'S'. You make sure our members in Odense experience our great service every day. You are a frontrunner when it comes to delivering service, and you set a good example for your team.

**Your responsibilities:**

• Responsible for the daily store field management in Odense, including one store and one service car.
• Work 60% of the time in the Swapfiets store or field and deliver outstanding service.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 Swappers/Store Heroes and train them to deliver a uniform and awesome experience to our members while driving customer basket value.
• Hire and create contracts for Swappers/Store Heroes and drive local marketing and partnerships activities to build the Swapfiets brand.
• Be the face of the Swapfiets Store Field service in Odense and ultimately provide epic service to our customers.

Job Requirements

**Your profile:**

• Amazing customer focus and the ability to put a smile on our members' faces.
• Affinity and knowledge about bikes; prior bike mechanic experience and/or education is a plus but not mandatory.
• Prefer to work independently and can make the right decisions.
• Enjoy your day when every member gets the service they deserve and your team is motivated.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create clear and honest communication.
• Preferably have a network of local enthusiasts who you can convince to work at Swapfiets.
