**What You'll Do:**

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all project work functions.
  • Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and routine annual maintenance tasks.
  • Work with SAP PM in the development of Notifications and Work Orders.
  • Interface with various stakeholders for plant operations and maintenance.
  • Train and mentor junior members and develop personnel performance plans.
  • Manage relationships with project participants and cultivate strong partnerships.

**Who You Are:**

  • 8 years of operations and maintenance or construction experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in wind energy.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%.
  • Knowledge of site equipment, high voltage substations, SCADA functions, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work at heights of 300 feet or more and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
