**What You'll Do:**
- Ensure a safe working environment for all project work functions.
- Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and routine annual maintenance tasks.
- Work with SAP PM in the development of Notifications and Work Orders.
- Interface with various stakeholders for plant operations and maintenance.
- Train and mentor junior members and develop personnel performance plans.
- Manage relationships with project participants and cultivate strong partnerships.
**Who You Are:**
- 8 years of operations and maintenance or construction experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in wind energy.
- Must be able to travel up to 25%.
- Knowledge of site equipment, high voltage substations, SCADA functions, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work at heights of 300 feet or more and in extreme weather conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
