In the DACH region, we have 14 locations with close to 2500 colleagues. Currently, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) at our Langenhagen site, with the possibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner and advisor to leaders on various strategic and operational HR topics
• Support and guide all employees and leaders on matters related to collective wage agreements, labor laws, and personnel economics
• Lead HR projects, initiate change management processes, and collaborate with the works council
• Design and negotiate collective agreements in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Work globally and regionally with HR colleagues to implement standards in alignment with the global HR strategy

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
• Experience in dealing with workers' representation, unions, and negotiating collective agreements, knowledge of labor and works constitution law
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
