**Job Overview:** The Employee Experience (EX) Solutions Expert (remote) focuses, end-to-end, on ensuring our Workday users are well-equipped with training, information, and support in order to drive adoption, user satisfaction, and overall efficiency and effectiveness of our people processes or specific service use cases. This is a remote position but will require someone with the flexibility to travel when, if needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support tactical change management activities of our strategic human capital enablement program - Workday rollout
  • Build content knowledge articles, training materials to ensure end users have the right information at their fingertips
  • Establish ongoing feedback loops to continuously evaluate and improve the employee experience of our Workday platform and HR processes
  • Contribute to the establishment of content governance framework
  • Setup and maintain content governance structures based on the approved framework
  • Orchestrate ongoing maintenance and evolution of content
  • Liaise with HR and Workday Product Owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities for better employee experience
  • Execute assigned project operational activities

**Qualifications:** Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or related field (preferred visual arts or similar)
  • 3-5 years experience in change management or projects related to HR Technology
  • 3-5 years experience in working with service experience platforms and knowledge bases such as ServiceNow, Workday Help or similar
  • 5 years HR working experience
  • Experience in digital content creation, instructional eLearning design
  • Ideally experience working across multiple HR domains
  • Strong business writing skills in English
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write)
  • Travel: Some global and regional travel required
