Job Description

• Lead a team in People Operations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR processes
• Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR matters
• Conduct performance reviews, employee feedback, and development plans
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and support change processes within the People Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in HR
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented work approach
• Agility and flexibility in working
• Very good German and fluent English skills
