About the Team:

The Technical Support Team consists of seven members who work closely together. There is ample opportunity within the team to take on responsibilities, develop in the field of solar panels, inverters, and E-mobility, making it an ideal starting point for your career in a rapidly expanding sector. Team outings are organized to promote team bonding and relaxation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quickly acquire knowledge of EV products and share it with the Technical Support Team and customers
• Act as the technical owner of the EV product group, enhancing the team's technical tools and knowledge
• Handle technical inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
• Provide technical support to customers
• Guide customers over the phone towards successful installations
• Proactively build technical knowledge on our latest products
• Ensure the Technical Support Team is ready to service the newest products within your product group
• Evaluate and process warranty requests and offer service support

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in EV products
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
• Affinity for technology
• Ability to handle challenging conversations
• Strong problem-solving skills
