Objective of the Position

Establish and maintain a direct relationship with customers through effective communication aligned with the assigned customer's needs. Provide information to internal and external customers to ensure compliance with finished product requirements.

Responsibilities

  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WITH STELLANTIS CUSTOMERS
  • Analyze and share customer requirements with the department for scheduling
  • Ensure production material for customer shipments
  • Knowledge of part numbers for various customers
  • Direct relationship with customers
  • Plan the best way to meet production and shipping schedules on time, quality, safety, and cost
  • Coordinate internal movements of process materials and finished products
  • Analyze variations in daily customer requirements
  • Implementation of contingency plans to meet customer delivery schedules
  • Compilation of daily delivery information to customers
  • Investigate and respond to Customer Discrepancies
  • Take corrective actions when necessary with a strong emphasis on identifying the root cause and implementing corresponding corrective actions
  • Coordinate the preparation of all necessary documentation for shipments
  • Participate in IATF 16949 audits as needed
  • Respond to customer Tickets and Complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide a high level of Customer Service for material shipping
  • Attend and follow up on reports related to the Environmental Management System
  • Understand and/or train on the logistics manual of assigned customers
  • Respect Safety Standards to prevent accidents and/or incidents
  • Comply with and apply the Environmental Policy in daily area functions
  • Participate in improving the environmental performance of the Company and strengthen Ecological and Safety awareness
  • Keep the work area clean and orderly
  • Comply with CTPAT Regulations

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with MRP
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Use of customer-designated applications
  • Compliance with the Environmental Management System respecting Safety Standards for accident and/or incident prevention and applying it in daily functions
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF16949 standards that apply in the Company and/or area
  • CTPAT Guidelines
