Job Description

As a member of our global People Management Team, you will be part of our international, dynamic, and data-driven HR Management Team. We are scaling fast and working closely with business departments to ensure that we can develop and retain the people we need to stay at the forefront of modern mobility.

As an HR Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the FlixTrain teams and act as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner. You see yourself as a value-adding service provider with extensive experience in handling off-desk employees and expertise in labor law.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our leaders and employees in implementing all key HR processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, training programs, etc.)
• Provide guidance and counseling to leaders on team and individual development planning, compensation, performance management, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of legal regulations related to daily employee management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Familiarity with our daily operations, enthusiasm for our onboard staff, and close collaboration with leaders to solve daily challenges

Your Profile

• Come on board with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, fast-growing company with an off-desk oriented environment
• Willingness to travel nationwide to maintain regular communication with onboard staff and collaborate closely with FlixTrain colleagues
• Profound knowledge of German labor law, ideally with employee representations
• Ability to build valuable relationships at all levels
• Proactive, engaged, team-oriented, and detail-oriented
