As a member of our global People Management Team, you will be part of our international, dynamic, and data-driven HR Management Team. We are scaling fast and working closely with business departments to ensure we can develop and retain the talent needed to stay at the forefront of modern mobility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with leaders and employees on implementing all key HR processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, training programs, etc.
• Advise leaders and provide guidance on team and individual development planning, compensation, performance management, etc.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to daily employee management, risk reduction, and legal requirements compliance in collaboration with the legal department.

**Your Profile:**

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, fast-growing company with an off-desk-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for regular interactions with onboard staff and close collaboration with FlixTrain colleagues.
• Sound knowledge of German labor law, ideally with employee representation experience.
• Ability to build valuable relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, engaged, team-oriented, and detail-oriented.
