Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
• Coordinate interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep track of key recruiting metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
