**Your tasks**

• Responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory
• Reviewing operational business regularly including forecast inventory and order backlog with assigned distributors, installers, and project developers
• Coordinating customer support hand in hand with other departments: logistics, product management, offer management, and marketing
• Responsible for Contract Management including discussing, negotiating, and tracking such agreements
• Monitoring and tracking KPIs regularly to evaluate the performance of customers
• Establishing a good level of rapport with the customer at all levels including C Level through frequent customer visits
• Prompt and periodic reporting with Customer Relationship Management Tools or other similar databases

**Your profile**

• Completed studies in the discipline of Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor's or master's) or similar
• Solid experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, ideally with solar hybrid inverters desired
• Experience in Key Account Product management advantageous
• Experience in managing Sales channels with Distributors, EPC, and installers preferred
• High proficiency in MS Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (SAP)
• French language proficiency spoken and written
• Good command over English Language, German would be a plus
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
• Residence in France

**Ihre Aufgaben**

• Verantwortlichkeit für den IT Bereich der KACO new energy GmbH mit 4 festen MitarbeiterInnen sowie externen Dienstleistern
• Beraten und Betreuen der Fachbereiche in allen Fragestellungen zur IT Infrastruktur, zur Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und zu SAP ECC (zukünftig SAP S/4HANA)
• Verantwortlichkeit für den IT Regelbetrieb am Standort Neckarsulm in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Operations und R&D
• Beraten und Betreuen der SAP Key User und Anwender inkl. Durchführen von Schulungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Definieren von Anforderungen an Berechtigungsprofile und Zugriffsberechtigungen nach Konzernvorgaben der Siemens AG
• Verantwortlichkeit für die Cybersecurity von Netzen, Systemen, Hard-Software sowie von genutzten Diensten, Lösungen und Funktionen
• Koordinieren der Systemadministratoren sowie Betreuen der Serverlandschaft

**Ihr Profil**

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT Management sowie erste Führungserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Leiten funktionsübergreifender Teams
• Erfahrung im Erstellen von IT Roadmaps und in der Budgetplanung
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstsicheres und professionelles Auftreten
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz
