**Your Responsibilities:**

• Act as the first point of contact for service by answering customer calls, online chats, and emails
• Identify and categorize customer inquiries for further processing
• Provide basic technical support and solutions for common issues using an FAQ list and system processing
• Escalate complex or escalated inquiries to the next support level
• Document customer interactions and actions taken in clear reports
• Proactively communicate with customers in special cases

**Your Profile:**

• Ideally, a technical education with a strong affinity for technology and a completed vocational training
• Open-minded and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in service, preferably in 1st Level Support
• Understanding of complex technical concepts
• Experience in implementing sales strategies is advantageous
• Very good MS Office and web skills desirable
• Good self-organization and time management
• Proficient in English
