Your Responsibilities

• Handling projects in the IT environment with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, and related systems
• Providing technical advice and support to departments
• Conducting key user training
• Managing IT service providers
• Adapting, optimizing, and further developing the system landscape
• Planning, guiding, training, and monitoring process and system implementations

Your Profile

• Completed degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or alternatively completed IT training with relevant experience
• Experience in SAP ERP, SAP C4C, and/or SAP S/4HANA preferred
• SAP ABAP knowledge is advantageous
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, methodical, and analytical working method
• Process understanding and customer-oriented approach
