We are currently seeking a Regional Sourcing Lead in our Global Sourcing team, to leverage relationships with climate project partners from Latin America to secure supply of high-quality carbon credits for our corporate clients.
As a Regional Sourcing Lead with Climate Impact Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving climate action by strategically securing short to long-term accessible tonnes from high-quality projects. At Climate Impact Partners, we offer a leading carbon neutrality framework that has earned the trust of prominent organizations like Microsoft, KPMG, Sky and Logitech. To further advance our efforts, we are looking for a skilled professional with experience in relationship management, commercial negotiations, closing deals and deal delivery management, with exposure to carbon markets.

Collaborate with Head of Primary Sourcing and Commercial teams where terms deviate from established commercial models. Prepare and issue commercial contracts, seeking internal legal and commercial advice as required.
- Directly liaise with project partners and marketing, to ensure provision of accurate project information for marketing materials to enable highest impact funding. Manage project partner relationships to ensure project delivery at the agreed times, communicating delivery risk and delays as appropriate.
- Utilise and maintain deal tracking and inventory systems for data visibility.
- Collaborate with Commercial team to ensure Master Price List is updated with accurate cost per tonne and market-based assessment.
- Collaborate with Sourcing Operations Director for ad hoc operational concerns, particularly focusing on risk management.
- Proactively collaborate with peers to continually improve and standardise scalable work processes.
- Foster long-term relationships with project partners through continuous interaction to ensure accessibility to future issuances and exclusive sourcing deals.

- Proven experience of independently conducting commercial negotiations, securing preferred supply terms and seeing deals through to completion.
- Proven track record of effective relationship management.
- Knowledge of and experience working in the Voluntary Carbon Market is preferred, either through direct participation in project development and/or procuring from projects in carbon markets.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Project management capabilities to track project partners through onboarding phases.
- Commercial mindset to act on Climate Impact Partners’ business interests.
- Strong team-player who thrives in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment experiencing rapid growth and change.

Climate Impact Partners delivers solutions for action on climate. We believe that carbon markets have a critical role to play in delivering action by putting a price on carbon and funding carbon reduction activities to meet our global climate goals.
Together with the world’s leading companies and quality project partners we will cut 1 billion tonnes of CO2 to transform the global economy, improve health and livelihoods and restore a thriving planet.
We do this by delivering the highest quality carbon financed projects, from which we create carbon credit and energy attribute certificate portfolios. This enables organisations to offset the emissions they can’t reduce, put a price on carbon to incentivise change, and meet their ambitious climate goals.
Climate Impact Partners builds on the expertise, integrity, and innovation of two companies that have led the voluntary carbon market – Natural Capital Partners and ClimateCare. Fuelled by a relentless drive for rapid action and results, our global team continues to pioneer the market’s growth, and set the standards for quality that will maximise its impact.
