Product Manager (all genders) at meteocontrol GmbH

Your Mission:

• Develop new products for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements and business cases created by you
• Create and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with other product managers, designers, and the development team, and accompany the implementation in an agile development environment
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of international market trends, customer requirements in the industry, and new technologies
• Maintain constant contact with our global sales team and customers worldwide
• Understand customer needs and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and other departments
• Provide monthly reporting of key metrics to highlight the performance of the products and features under your responsibility

Your Profile:

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a comparable field
• Strong interest and experience in monitoring PV battery systems and the PV industry
• Ability to use quantitative metrics, KPIs, and qualitative user feedback data for product prioritization, analysis, and interpretation
• Understanding of agile software development
• Good German and English language skills
• Strong communication skills, also via virtual channels
• Presentation skills for internal and external product promotion
• Ideally experience with Microsoft tools such as MS365 Teams, PowerBI, Youtrack, and Confluence
