**Your mission:** The focus of your work is the acquisition of new partners in the area of EPCs, O&M, and Asset Managers (B2B) as well as the development of new markets in the D-A-CH region. After appropriate training, you will identify and analyze potential partners, and develop strategies for customer acquisition. Within the framework of new customer acquisition, you will sell our solutions and products (remote monitoring systems, energy management software solutions) and will be responsible for providing solid technical advice to customers. You will develop technical solutions together with our customers, prepare offers, and take over the contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract. In the medium term, you will be successfully developing strategic partnerships out of the sales businesses. You represent the company and take care of customer acquisition at national and international trade fairs and congresses. You are in close contact with other departments such as Proposal or Product Management and easily build up and maintain a network within the company.
**Your profile:**
- Completed technical training or studies in the field of engineering (electrical engineering or similar).
- Professional experience in the sale of technical products and complex solutions that require explanation.
- Relevant experience in the field of photovoltaics and energy management systems.
- Business fluent in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- High willingness to travel and flexibility.
- Strong communication skills, intercultural understanding, and the necessary negotiation skills to inspire customers.
