English: Your mission: Conception and revision of training documents in the field of hardware and software for presence training, online training, and e-learning according to didactic and methodological principles Independent scheduling, preparation, execution, and debriefing of trainings for customers and internal employees at our locations, at the customer's site, or online Use and development of modern learning methods Cross-functional cooperation with other departments and external companies Enhancement of your trainer skills through continuous education Participation in regular meetings and workshops to align global training topics Support of the global trainer network through knowledge transfer

Your profile: Several years of experience as a trainer for technical products requiring explanation Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in creating and delivering trainings for cloud-based software Experience in using a learning management system (LMS) is advantageous Knowledge in the field of renewable energies and electrical engineering basics is desirable Very good German and English language skills Willingness to travel approximately 30% within Germany and Europe Driving license class B
