**Your mission**

• You are jointly responsible for the administration installation operation maintenance and optimization of our database systems MySQL under Linux.

• You will participate in the design and expansion of the database systems up to high availability solutions.

• You will be in close contact with the developers of our applications to support them as a database administrator.

• You will support our team in the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure as well as in the integration of new technologies.

• You see yourself as part of a team for the continuous analysis optimization and further development of the existing system as well as internal processes and procedures.

**Your profile**

• Degree in the field of computer science or comparable training.

• Many years of experience in the operation and architecture of MySQL databases and their replication.

• Sound knowledge in the administration of Linux systems Ubuntu Debian.

• Independent and careful way of working.

• Good written and spoken English skills is a must good German skills are a plus.
