HR Specialist Safety Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct workplace hazard assessments and inspections under supervision
• Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees
• Contribute to the development of emergency response plans and procedures
• Assist in maintaining safety records and preparing reports on safety performance

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health Safety, or related field
• Strong interest in safety and a desire to learn about safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
