Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity of delivery schedule data between Purchasing ETA’s and coordination of delivery trucks to each solar site and/or warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with vendors and internal purchasing team to convert ETA’s from the Master Delivery Schedule into the Daily Delivery Schedule.
• Communicate with remote teams regarding Daily Delivery Schedule and adjustments with delivery appointments.
• Inbound and outbound freight sourcing.
• Standardization and analysis of historic freight data.
• Cross-functional training with the Purchasing Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Logistics & Inventory Operations Managers as well as learning how to budget.
• Streamline communication and transactional data through Teams and ViewPoint Vista (ERP).
• All other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Excellent planning, problem solving and organization skills
Strong MS Office and fluent Excel skills
Strong customer service skills (internal and external customers)
Must be detail oriented with demonstrated ability for accuracy.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple partners and peers across the organization.
Must have a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
Must have the ability to convey information and ideas verbally and written.
Must have the ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
Bachelors degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) preferred or equivalent related experience.
