In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and finance functions to support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities within the company
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting processes
• Prepare and file sales tax and payroll tax returns
• Assist with annual budget preparation and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Participate in audits and help resolve any accounting discrepancies
• Support other accounting and finance projects and initiatives as needed

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
