Role- Swapping Station Supervisor

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly proactive and efficient supervisor who can manage the multiple Swapping station and testing vehicles .

LOCATION - BANGALORE

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in EEE / BE or ITI+15 years.

• Industry Preferred: Automobile OEM/ Tier 1

• Experience: 7 to 9 Years

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Ownership of swapping Station monitoring and controlling

2. Supervising station manpower

3. Daily monitoring Battery swapping operations

4. Problem Identification and solving Swapping station technical issue

5. Ensure Station zero days breakdown

6. Coordination between Product development Design team/ Site location team

7. Station status Report review and circulation

SKILLS

1. Problem Solving skills

2. Good analytical skills

3. Basic Understanding of mechanical/Electricals/Electronics system
