Mission:

In order to manage the financial procedures of Neoen, we are looking for a permanent Group Finance Project Manager based in Paris. You will report to the Senior Group Finance Project Manager and your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring that financial processes are current and continuously improving.
• Monitoring the external accounting shared services center.
• Participating in projects related to new finance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Supervision of the External Shared Services Center:**

• Lead the relationship with external accountants.

• Ensure month-end deadlines are met.

• Ensure proper execution of services.

• Oversee billing processes.

• Identify areas for improvement.

• **Internal Processes:**

• Review internal financial processes.

• Propose new processes or improvements.

• Induct new financial controllers.

• Maintain contact with financial controllers to share best practices.

• **Financial Tools:**

• Administer and oversee finance-related tools.

• Participate in implementing new financial tools.

Profile:

The successful candidate should possess:

• Master’s degree in finance.
• 3-5 years of financial or audit experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Passion for process improvement.
• Good leadership skills.
