Mission

Our Procurement Department is looking for a Procurement Manager to join its European team based in Paris or Brescia. The Procurement Manager will report to the European Area Procurement Manager and will focus on the Italian Area. The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

1. **Upstream Support**:

• Support the Development Department in defining the technology for projects
• Find optimal prices and deliveries in line with project schedules
• Define key terms from strategic suppliers for negotiation
• Conduct market assessments for key players in the industry

2. **Downstream Negotiations**:

• Lead negotiations with EPCs and strategic suppliers
• Prepare RFP documents and manage negotiations
• Prepare contracts and agreements, and oversee their execution

3. **Additional Responsibilities**:

• Market intelligence to monitor renewable technology trends
• Conduct visits to supplier factories and audits

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience in EPC and/or O&M contract management
• Industry experience in renewable energy
• Strong knowledge of EPC and O&M Contracts, including Fidic silver
• Background in project finance is a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian, French is a plus
