**Customer Experience Associate**

**Our Opportunity** Venture Solar is looking for a Customer Experience Associate (CEA) to join our fast-growing team. The CEA will help lead the customer service team in providing the best experience possible in the solar industry to our customers. We are looking for full-time customer experience representatives who are self-motivated, positive, and organized. This role will entail keeping customers updated through the process before their solar installation and following up with them to ensure their experience surpasses expectations. Must be organized, have good time management skills, and experience in customer service.

**What You'll Do**

  • Update customers on the status of their solar project
  • Keep customer files up to date and organized with detailed notes and information
  • Monitor the timeline of projects after installation and communicate with operations on pending or late tasks
  • Proactively checking on customers to ensure their questions and concerns are answered
  • Calling customers at different stages of their solar installation project
  • Making touchpoint calls after customers have been installed to discuss their experience and get referrals and reviews

**What You'll Need**

  • High school Degree; BA/BS Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills; strong communication skills; phone experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Student mentality; quick learner
  • Experience in solar is a plus
  • Organizational skills; detail-oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Customer Service Experience
