**Salary**: $130,000 - $150,000 annually

About the Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in various aspects of the business, including strategy, business development, investor relations, and internal operations. This role involves high visibility and the opportunity to influence the company's direction and market plans.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Conduct analysis on market opportunities
• Assist with fundraising strategy
• Lead business development and customer discovery
• Manage internal operations and promote continuous improvement
• Support project management and drive customer success
• Engage with PR and Marketing activities

**Required Qualifications:**

• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Proficiency in business analysis tools
• 5+ years of relevant experience
