Symbio, a company specializing in Hydrogen Systems, is looking for a motivated Alternant Assistant in Personnel Administration to join their team in France. As a part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to employee data and information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain individual documents
• Onboard new employees and manage access badges
• Handle physical and digital employee files
• Create and manage employee files in the payroll system
• Manage certificates and exit documents
• Declare employee movements to social organizations
• Handle various HR activities such as medical services and employee conventions
• Perform database checks and maintain payroll data
• Assist in documentation and supplier management
• Support HR projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Payroll
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and curious
• Interest in the HR field
