**Job Description:**

• Set up and operate product testing equipment (Universal Test Machine, Load Cells, Bonding Path Resistance equipment, etc.)
• Develop and fabricate test fixtures using basic hand tools
• Operate fabrication equipment including mill wire edm machine, etc.
• Perform EDM operations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Test mechanical and electrical components per engineering requests
• Work with engineers to plan, execute, and document testing
• Solve problems impacting device performance
• Write test reports summarizing results
• Organize and assemble full-scale photovoltaic systems for ground and rooftop applications
• Ensure equipment calibration schedules are met
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
• Experience with CAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Mechanical testing experience preferred
