Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will nurture existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Your role is vital in driving revenue growth, maximizing customer value, and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

  • **Existing Customer Support:**
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and address concerns.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • **New Business Creation:**
  • Prospect potential new customers within your territory.
  • Introduce offerings and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
  • **Account Growth and Retention:**
  • Develop account growth plans for existing customers.
  • Monitor usage metrics and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maximize customer retention and address churn risks.
  • **Collaboration and Communication:**
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to drive product/service enhancements.

Requirements

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • **Experience:** Proven experience in account management or sales.
  • **Skills:** Strong customer focus, business acumen, relationship building, results-oriented, adaptability, tech-savvy, industry knowledge.
  • **Attitude:** Positive, proactive, problem-solving.
  • **Travel:** Must be able to travel as required.
