**Job Description:**

• Test mechanical and electrical components based on engineering requests
• Set up and operate product testing equipment, such as Universal Test Machine, Load Cells, and Bonding Path Resistance equipment
• Write test reports summarizing results and utilize job-specific fixtures and basic hand tools
• Collaborate with engineers to plan testing and employ precision measuring equipment
• Organize test area and ensure equipment calibration schedules are met

**Skill Requirements:**

• Results-oriented, self-motivated with strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to multitask
• Works well with minimal supervision and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with MS Office and CAD experience as a plus
• 2-year degree in mechanical technology or engineering technology preferred
• Product mechanical testing experience is an advantage
