Job Summary

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will focus on driving revenue growth by creating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and maximizing customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. This field-based role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for generating new business in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • **New Business Creation:** Conduct market research, prospect potential clients, and generate new business leads through various outbound efforts.
  • **Territory Management:** Develop and implement sales plans, visit customers, and analyze market trends to achieve sales targets.
  • **Customer Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships with customers, conduct business reviews, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • **Sales Forecasting and Reporting:** Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track progress, and report performance.
  • **Collaboration and Teamwork:** Collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales meetings, and stay informed about product updates.

Requirements

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • **Experience:** Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • **Skills:** Self-motivated, excellent communication, strong sales skills, adaptable, tech-savvy, industry knowledge, positive attitude.
  • **Travel:** Must be able to travel within the assigned territory up to 4 days a week.
