• **Development of Automation Solutions:** Responsible for developing automation solutions for the entire license lifecycle, from license request to license allocation.
• **Improve Process Efficiency:** Work on enhancing process efficiency for service requests within the license domain.
• **Review License Models:** Review license models of various departments and entities to ensure compliance.
• **Support Audits:** Assist in internal and external audits related to license management.
• **License Monitoring and Auditing:** Manage license monitoring, metering, and auditing to ensure compliance with license regulations.

Requirements

• Completed studies as an IT specialist or equivalent professional experience.
• Project management experience and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in cloud environments and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as experience in error analysis.
• Knowledge of IT architectures and Active Directory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good English skills.
