Job Description

Our unit Cyber Security Architecture provides strategic direction to business and IT stakeholders by offering roadmaps, guidelines, architecture blueprints, and reference architectures for global technology platforms within E ON. We are currently seeking a Master Thesis candidate to research the topic of Zero Trust Architecture. In this role, you will work closely with our visionary team and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Tasks

• Conduct a comprehensive literature review on Zero Trust architectures
• Collect and analyze relevant data from various sources within the company
• Engage with IT and business stakeholders to find answers to model-related questions
• Develop a framework to assess the maturity of our company's readiness for a Zero Trust architecture
• Prepare a detailed report summarizing research findings, recommendations, and potential challenges

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, business informatics, computer science, information technology)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Networking, Cloud, and Identity topics
• Fluent in English
