Job Description:

Qcells in Germany, with locations in various European countries, is seeking an **IT Expert Contract Management** to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead the seamless integration of a new Digital Contract Management System into the MS SharePoint environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Contract Management Tools
• Manage User Rights and Approval Workflows with Power Automate
• Handle the entire contract lifecycle from creation to archiving
• Ensure smooth IT infrastructure for the Contract Management Tool
• Serve as a technical liaison between IT and the provider
• Provide IT support and training for Contract Management System users

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with digital Contract Management Systems in SharePoint
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint, Azure, and Power Automate
• Strong analytical skills to identify solutions for approval processes
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Fluency in German and English
