Supervisor Energy Efficiency Government Hybrid at Eversource

This position is responsible for supervising a team of Energy Efficiency Consultants engaged with customers, contractors, and engineers working on energy efficiency projects in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The Supervisor is responsible for effectively executing the C & I strategy, managing the energy efficiency portfolio for the team, and achieving goals. They engage with internal stakeholders, sales, engineering, evaluation teams, initiatives, and technical solutions. This position involves a hybrid role with the first three months full-time in the office.

Essential Functions:

  • Direct supervision of department staff, including professional development, performance assessments, recruitment, and reporting procedures.
  • Budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, energy savings tracking, and development of RFPs for contracted services.
  • Integration of strategic activities among customer program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor contractors to create customer-centric programs.
  • Leadership in researching, identifying, developing, and implementing new value-added products and services.
  • Building relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory filings and oversight of ratepayer funds.
  • Development of testimony for regulatory and legislative bodies.
  • Representing Eversource at national energy efficiency conferences and stakeholder events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, or energy efficiency.
  • Aptitude in developing and managing channel partnerships and programs.
  • Strong communication skills at various organizational levels.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills desired.
  • Relevant energy efficiency certifications desired.

Compensation and Benefits:

Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $119,000 - $132,000 plus incentives. Salary commensurate with experience. Visit the career site for benefits overview.
